Are you a university student passionate about Human Rights, Law, Social Work, Health, or Technology? Let’s Walk Uganda is pleased to announce the opening of internship placements for students seeking hands-on experience, personal growth, and professional development especially in working with marginalized and underserved communities.

We welcome applications from students locally, regionally, and internationally who are eager to expand their knowledge and skills while making a meaningful impact.

Our internship program offers unique learning opportunities across several departments.

Legal Desk Department

Ideal for students pursuing Law, Human Rights, Social Justice, or related fields. Gain practical experience in legal aid, policy advocacy, and community legal education.

DIC/Clinic/Youth Centre

Suitable for Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, and related disciplines. Interns will engage directly with our community health services and youth empowerment programs.

Vibrant IT Department

Perfect for IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related fields. Work on real-life tech solutions that support our outreach, data systems, and advocacy efforts.

While internship placements are highly limited, we are committed to hosting as many students as our capacity and resources allow. We encourage all interested candidates—especially international students to apply early and bring their diverse perspectives and energy to our work.

Join us in advancing equality, justice, and dignity for all.
